Great way to replenish the stuff your body loses when it sweats a lot. Great for replenishing electrolytes on a keto diet. Easy to use and prevents a lot of cramping.
It dissolves easily into water and mixes well without any issues. No shaking or dissolving to wait for. Well formulated product that mixes easily with water.

So if you taste this on its own it does taste a bit salty and bitter but mixed as directed it really makes zero impact on the taste and look of your water

Ive had a fair share of times when my nutrition and hydration seem to be doing well during an endurance event but then my electrolytes just are completely off and i hit a wall

While i do use powdered mixes sometimes i just cant and while i have used saltstick before and had good results i ultimately kept losing the little tabs in my hydration packs along with 11 million lip balms
