What makes this product unique is that it's instant, already dissolved and quickly absorbed, and doesn't come with any unwanted ingredients like you'd find in a pre-mixed sports drink.

The flavor (2 caps per 750ml) is barely noticeable, but does add a little zest, if anything at all.
