The first ones electrical connection to the lid became intermittent after 24 months difficult to repair but note the unit was very frequently used

The greenred ready and grilling button is a bit confusing at times when it changes back and forth from green to red and back but for the most part i now ignore it

My only complaint is that there should be a locking mechanism so that when you store it on its side it doesnt open up
