Having bought this blender 13th dec 2021 i tried to use it a couple of times but having arthritis in both hands found it heavy and not easy to use i rang amazon to let them know of this and was kindly told i could give this item away and as a one off gesture given a refund

Today i received a email telling me to return said item by the 1st february other wise i could incur a charge i am unable to return this item as i no longer have it

When first using the whisk and milk frother attachments they just fell out so messaged the seller who promptly replied to advise they needed to be pushed in quite hard
