Very pleased with quality and service provided by seller. Great customer service from seller. It's a gift for my mom, along with some essential oils i got separately, so i'm sure she'll enjoy it.

Metal cup allows you to have nice smells from the oil bowl without having anything too hot or a flammable risk. Usually a mix of lavender and eucalyptus. Makes your home smell so fragrant.

The dimmer switch which come on the model is awesome turn it on bright or low for sleep. The diffuser and the soft light are very calming and create a relaxing atmosphere.

Game changer. Love the dimmer switch. Still it works love it & it changes colors.

Cons

The bulb only lasted 2 weeks! There is no removable base that comes out giving access to the bulb. Very inconvenient! Since i purchased this in sept for a gift and didn't open it before i gave it to my hubby, it is past the return date.
