Pros
Nice chunky little set. Also adjustable grinding is good.
Base holds the shakers in one place on the countertop. No more bits of salt and pepper bits in my cupboard. Lids keep moisture out when cooking.
Cons
There is an oblong section of metal and this fits into a square hole in the plastic below. Variable size grinding is a nice idea, but they would not produce ‘fine ground’ pepper or salt as advertised.

I’ve tried adjusting the grinder setting but it doesn’t seem to make any difference to how the pepper comes out

The base is fiddly to pick up with both grinders on it they are better off without it
