Pros

When my neuropathy pain keeps me awake, i place a patch over the area where the pain is the worst. A loosely placed ace bandage works well. When placing a patch on a foot or lower leg, wear a long sock over the patch to keep it in place.

Using scotch tape at the corners solves the adhesion problem with no trouble withremoval. I think my fingers would benefit because it doesn't really need to * very deeply.

Cons

To say these patches are worthless is and under statement. They're big and i did struggle to get the patch into place. They constantly curl up at the edges and don't stick to my (dry, lotionless) skin.
