Pros

Used on my shoulder after yardwork. Works great for my boyfriend's herniated disc. I use this product because i osteo arthritis and two partial knee replacements.

Best brand of patch. Work wonders, and become effective about 15-20 minutes, once patch is applied.

The adhesion isn't that great, but it will stay put if you wear something over top. They also have a good adhesive and stay put.

Minimal packaging (good); quick delivery. Great product to help with pain relief.

Cons

Small patches curl up as you move or put on clothes. They are way too flimsy and that makes them very hard to apply by yourself. Felt absolutely nothing. These big patches are a waste of money.
