Pros

Everytime i've used it, my body thanks me. I think it is a wonderful product especially if you use it for exercising.

Woman fits on the table without feet dangling off. Transition from knee roller to table is easy and safe.

For the price, it's amazing. It's been worth every penny. It’s not overly expensive either.

It only takes a few seconds to unfold and fold back up. It's easy to get in and out of the bag and on and out. Of my suv, that’s what i need.

This table is very sturdy, no assembly is required. It has two carrying handles, and unfolds and folds up already assembled. Easy to set up built for comfort and sturdiness.

Cons

It's clearly not rated appropriately and is unsafe at the maximum weight capacity listed. There was no added pressure - no weights and no therapist, just my husband's 190 lbs.
