This product is awful and not safe to use. My flooring is all sticky and it's hard to clean it since wax is not coming out. It bruises you easily even when you hold the skin taut. It is a health hazard and the company should be held responsible.

Just make sure you leave it to heat up for 30 minutes and when you use it leave it plugged into the wall so the stuff keeps hot

First time on my legs went a bit wrong but was totally my own fault so after watching a few youtube videos i gave it another go and havent had any issues since then

The wax warms up in about 20 mins and at first the unit feels really quite hot
