I bought half size bigger as i red previously in comments that many people had problems with size that was too small

Salomon intend that these boots are for hiking but also for ‘mulitsport’ and the blurb suggests running is on the list but personally i don’t think i’ll be doing any running in these as i prefer my running to be more the sort that can be done with less rugged footwear but if you are inclined to go more severely offroad with your running then you might favour this sort of ankleboot design

The xradiant is a really welldesigned boot that’s wellsuited for hiking and trailhill walking or even just urban environments that require a little more performance than usual
