Pros
The hose reel is the best feature to me. It has two reels, one for winding up the water cord and the other for reeling up the electric cord.
The product works like a champ! They function but should be nicer. Works as advertised.
What a fabulous electric power washer. Seems to run well, and runs quieter than my last electric power washer. None have been as completely satisfying.
It has all of the features i have been needing. This washer meets those criteria.
Cons
Their warranty is misleading and meaningless. It clearly states 2 yr warranty.
When you are not squeezing the handle, the pressure washer is supposed to reach a certain internal pressure and shut off. The pump runs constantly and gets the pressure so high that i cannot squeeze the handle anymore. Made a loud clicking sound and w... Read More
Had terrible experience with this product. This switch no longer works. I will never but this product again.

Quality
My only gripe is with the windup hose
Today i sprayed it on the ground with the pressure washer with super strong force and the yard was washed clean
The wheels are cheap and flimsy and take away from the quality of the machine
I called customer support and sent them some pictures if it along with the invoice
Packaging/appearance
The variable pressure settings enabled us to clean the painted wood without stripping the paint
Competitiveness
Have about 10hrs running time on the machine so far
Not a bad pressure washer for the money

Its almost like they are either deliberately trying to scuttle the benefits of this power washer because they are either abusive to it dont understand how to run it or are just too dumb to operate it

Not enough to interfere with the operation but i think someone dropped it reboxed it taped it back up and sent it back for a refund and someone missed it
