Pros
Full steam. And really start steaming in just second. Does not drip on hand while using. Flow is very smooth, with very little dripping if you hold the dispenser upright.
Strong reliable build. Thick hose, quite. I hope it lasts as long as my shark did (about 8 yrs.
The hanger holder is a game-changer. Steam starts flowing in less than a minute, and there's enough steam to remove wrinkles without leaving clothes damp.
Cons
The hose part is twisted a awkwardly. It is very difficult to put the wand in its cradle, which is actually very flimsy. It takes more than the listed “50 seconds” to heat up. Doesn't generate enough steam to remove wrinkles.

I would say it doesn’t have the continuous steam it claims to have but i didn’t find that to be a huge issue

Just purchased this and when i compared with my old one the hose is about 3 times the size

Unlike most steamers this has a hanger that you can hang clothes on rather than using clothes pins which i have found never works well

This is more expensive but in this case making more of an investment gets a far better product
