Pros

I like how this steamer straightens my clothes. It straightens dress clothes and for me it’s easier to do than an iron. Much easier than ironing.

Love the size/portability of this steamer. This handheld steamer is awesome! The size is just perfect, and i love how it's both and iron and steamer in one!

Hand steamer heats up very quickly and does not drip or spray droplets of water.

Salav is my answer to prayer for a perfect device. Item was shipped quickly and works as described. But the second one i recieved works well!

Cons

Water just drips out of where the steam should be. Customer service was horrible. Now i have to wait until they investigate why the money is not returned.

I have tried a few different brands of hand steamers and all have issues with dripping or spraying water out
