I'm really happy with this little machine. I spent a fair amount of time researching before I made my purchase. I had my decision cut down to the NV-60 and the MIcrodermMD. The reviews on the MD were fantastic, bloggers were even raving about it. Further into my research I noticed something strange, many of the reviews were starting to sound the same, in fact almost identical. Then I found a little something called affiliate advertising. Even though in the affiliate agreement it is stated the bloggers MAY get paid for promotions it doesn't influence their reviews or opinions - you be the judge of that. Now the MD might be a decent machine and I'm sure there's some genuine reviews out there, but I refuse to purchase a product that attempts to mislead consumers in such a way.Bottom Line: Be careful when reading reviews/blogs and use your judgement.The NV-60 was a little more heavy-duty than I expected, a plus for the product, minus on the closet space. I noticed the biggest complaint other reviewers had was that it wasn't as intense as the spa machines. This should be a given, the spa machines can run into hundreds or even thousands of dollars and should only be used by trained professionals. However, spa treatments are rather pricey, so I couldn't afford enough to remain consistent, therefore I'm sure the results wouldn't be very noticeable (or at least justify the money spent). That's why I opted for the home machine. I find the heads have enough grit and the machine has plenty of suction to easily remove dead skin, I do a treatment once every two weeks. So far I've done 3 treatments and I'm really happy with the results, it leaves my skin soft, smooth and gives me a nice glow. I was horrified the first time I went to change the filter - there was so much dead skin! I've also noticed that my skin isn't as oily, although I'm not sure if it's to do with getting older or the machine.I haven't noticed any differences in my fine lines or pigmented scars. I have noticed a very slight improvement in my indented acne scars (which I wasn't really expecting), I suspect the reason for this could be because my moisturises absorb better after treatments. As with anything, it takes time to see results so I'm not expecting much after only 3 treatments. As far as the price range, the ease of use and overall results, I am really happy with my purchase and would highly recommend this product!  Read Less
