Pros
The pen can easily be used for long writing hours. The only drawback is that you're not going to get a work horse type of capacity. It's hard to find a fountain pen that is comfortable to write with and also doesn't bleed ink everywhere.
As it turns out the hooplah about the nib is well deserved. The 21k gold, fine nib is perfect -- just the right amount of feedback and flex.
The writing is so silky smooth that it makes me want to write more! Write smoothly with the right amount of feedback. Works well with asian characters. Well suited for the ancient ritual of handwritten communication.
Fine point nib has a hint of shading when you write. Sailor ink works well, but so too does the affordable quink. Only downside is that you have to order the proprietary converter separately.
Sailor makes the best nibs on the market and this price was at least $100 cheaper than other american retailers. The two tone nib is extremely beautiful and i find myself staring at it instead of writting. I d prefer a jp f nib, like this one.
Cons
The thickness changes horizontally and vertically when writing. The barrel outside is defective and the barrel is full of ink. My handwriting is not good.

It writes wet enough for me to like and it dries fast enough on rhodia or leuchtturm paper
And it can totally be a lady’s pen
Consequently producing flourishes requires more effort than with a pilot or some mont blanc models

These pens while famous for their nibs and eclectic colors have received some derision for being overpriced for what is essentially a cartridge loaded resin pen

When i saw this listing i was excited for the price but nervous about the possibility that it is fake or more likely a mislabeled pro gear slim

To be fair the aurora talentum which is a larger but well balanced pen is almost as reliable
