Pros

It's pleasant to be able to choose warmer or cooler light. The light itself is awesome.

It is perfect for web conferencing. Perfectly size, not ginormous, this is perfect on my computer desk at work. I get to test drive a lot of equipment so my colleagues at a public university can make good choices while working virtually.

Feels solidly built. Great lightweight lamp. A little bit pricey.

First impressions are outstanding. Now my unanswered concerns. Definitely a satisfied customer.

With the night light, i get just enough directed illumination to see the keyboard on my laptop. The just flip down the light for task lighting. I'm surprised by how much i use the nightlight feature, which is handy.

Cons

The * are glitchy. The brightness button is the worst. For such an expensive item they should not have arrived with the same exact obvious damage in the exact same locations in their two separate product boxes.
