I found the best way to remove the juice jug without disassembling the unit is not to turn the juice jug side ways as you may drop some juice but to turn the whole unit sideways to the left

As many others and the user manual suggests you should place a plastic bag into the pulp container to collect the pulp and avoid having to wash it up

Yes its expensive but its worth every penny my favourite feature is the metal feed tube ive owned a few juicers and all have been binned because the plastic tube has cracked you pay extra for a reason
