Pros

The strauss pan is also a very nice pan, and it's larger size makes a very large crepe to be made. Lower photo shows the space between the pan and cooktop as well as the handle touching the cooktop.

Very light and great for conducting heat. Coating makes everything slide off nice and easy. It cleans easy enough and is light weight.

I appreciate the seller reaching out to replace the prior version, and ensuring i was satisfied with my purchase!

Cons

Crepes made on it are paper thin in the center and thicker on the edges. This item is made of incredibly soft and thin aluminum and in my my experience of one unit, totally unfit for its intended purpose.
