Pros

Sensitivity and loudness controls. First sign of movement gives one bark. Baritone bark is very impressive!

It senses through my front and patio door. It is also pointed towards my driveway. It's comforting to know when someone is on or around our porch.

The only drawback i see is that the barking is too repetitive. The only downside is the variation of dog sounds. Only thing that would make it better is it's repitition.

When you plug him in, it takes about 30 seconds and he is ready to go. I have him nestled in a corner where a plastic container blocks a portion of his reach.

Cons

Only sensor 3 feet from interior wall. It cannot distinquish between you walking around your house and a burglar outside. My doors are too think or the metallic doors prevent rex from activating even on the strongest (most sensitive) setting.

The sound is too fake. It was muffled and flat out disappointing. The barking definitely sounds recorded, and if you turn up the volume, the barking sound is muffled, making it even more obvious it is a contraptions d not a dog.
