This can opener does exactly what its supposed to do i tryed it on a can and it left the edges smooth

I normally rinse the can opener off in hot water although often throw it into the dishwasher for assured cleaning

Two of us tried and could not get it to work and we ended up prying the lid open by using a knife and a rubber mallet which is dangerous and very messy

This one locks on and best of all it does not create sharp edges on the can that could accidently leave bits of metal in your food
