The one i just got i have to sort of slam the cabinet to get the latch to catch the other piece the latch mechanism was stuck down not going up which wouldnt be that big a deal except i have those autosoft close cabinets so you really cant just whomp the door shut

Overall these are great unfortunately 2 of the 4 tend to stick in the unlocked position so i manually have to unstick it before closing the cabinet

These are easily the best childproof cabinet locks i’ve used i tried two other styles before ordering the jambini locks
