These are easy to install with the right tools (pre-drilling makes a big difference) they are not plastic and therefore do not “dry rot” with time. We have them attached to the side peices of this entertainment center and have not had a problem.

I would rather have the sense of security from bolting our furniture to the wall with something like a 2x4 behind the piece for brace, which is what we are doing today. The furniture isn't any more safe than it was before all the trouble of installing... Read More

The strap is difficult to tighten to my liking. The cinching mechanism of these straps is not particularly strong. Not only are the screws cheap, but the straps don't tighten at all, either.

This is ridiculous. Completely worthless. Much more complicated product than needs to be. Very false sense of security product.
