Pros
The cover fits perfectly when the topper is on. Fit well on my 6 inch deep foam mattress, but has plenty of room for a deeper one too.
Bug lockout zipper makes it easier to remove. Zipped up easily, no snags, no rips.
Add a sheet over top. Feels ok under sheet. It produces ever so slightly a noise when moving around in the bed which i do not find disturbing in the least.
I can't attest to waterproof, i didn't do any tests, but it has a soft top, isn't noisy to sleep on. I used it for bedbugs.
Cons
For a mattress cover that says bedbug proof, this is not acceptable. Not waterproof by any means.

Its extremely hard to find sheets or protectors for twin xl beds and when you do theyre so expensive you cant afford them

We accidentally à ordered the wrong size but decided to just keep it when we saw the return shipping cost

I had before this one another brand i paid 100 and it did not come close to this one

As describedeasy to put on twin mattressthis one is twin xl which is a little larger than i needed but still goodzipper seems well hiddenodorless but my mattress had a smell that this protector didnt containmaybe because it breathes

It fits a 12 inch mattress very very loosely and if you want to take up the slack it is best to have a topper or a couple more mattress encasements underneath
