Pros
Best shelving products on the market in my opinion. Am very happy with the sturdiness, versatility and quality they offer. Excellent, functioned as described.
Easy to install right into the studs. Took me hour to install.
The racks and hardware are sturdy and great quality. Sturdy and holds good distribution of weight.

Strong and sturdy. The one complaining about worrying that people would get injured by it.
Cons
The instructions suggest using a drill to install the lag bolts, but this results in the bolts shearing instantly. Even if you managed to tighten the bolts securely without them shearing, there is no way they could be trusted to hold the 250 lbs.
The top bolt protrudes too far to allow the shelf to be attached to the bracket as the instructions show. And once the shelf is in the bracket it is much more difficult to install the bolt.

Id recommend a 4ft level drill socket bits cant remember the size and a short extension not necessary

The brackets have a short footprint so they arent very far below the shelves
