It's easy to use and cleans the grates well. There are no pre- started grill grates, which is great because they form from use in your own grill depending on the size of your own grates.

It works great and takes all the risk of ingesting sharp steel out of the equation. Seems like the hardness of the wood really excels in this way.

It's beautifully crafted and much more impressive in person than i expected it to be. Super heavy duty much bigger than it looks in the pic and works great! We like that it is from a sustainable source.

Hard material is so dense it would take a lieftime to form effective cleaning channels - if they formed at all. Perhaps that's why they pre-bored the grooves in the blade, but even with that, the product failed to clean.
