Pros

Sticky mounting foam used to position them when installing. Need a good drill bit, drill motor and a good screwdriver or a new bit for an electric screwdriver. Pricey but worth it.

Keeps cabinet doors flush with the cabinet and nosy pets from opening doors as an added bonus. Open with an easy push from the outside and look a lot nicer too.
