Pros
Rugs are exactly what my home needed. No more echoing. Fast shipping and decent price. My dog loves it too.
It really pulls my living room together. The 4x6 ft size is a punchy addition to my entrance way. Purchased 8x10 for main area of living room and 5’ round for corner chair nook.
Cons
The 8'x10' on the other hand is terribly pixelated and looks nothing like the picture. There is nothing in the highlights or in the description that indicate that the rug is smaller. The measurements in shown on the attached picture are more accurate ... Read More
The colors looks so dull in person not bright as in the picture as they advertised. There are also these random orange flecks that don't go at all with the rug and aren't consistent enough to look intentional. Most companies will do a price adjustment... Read More

I did put a 14 pad under the rug and am very happy with the cushiness
I am very pleased with the quality of the rug and am now shopping for another safavieh rug for another room in my house
Package was wrapped well in plastic with the little cardboard end caps
I have left it open in one room with the windows open since it arrived

I sort of thought it could be a little thicker but it works out very well and the price was so reasonable

I placed it upside down for a couple of days to get the edges to lay flat

The rug came in two days and wow it looks exactly like the picture shades of navy gray taupe and ivory no orange

The rug looks fairly as advertised but it is still quite a splotchy look that i dont really love

My only disappointment is that this rug is not 9x12 as advertised but rather 8 12 x12 so it fit a little differently than the 9x12 it was replacing
