Pros
This brush works really well on getting the undercoat when the fur is either wet or dry. My pom also seem to enjoy their brushing. I enjoy the way the metal bristles feel on my scalp.
A safari brush for my doodle from safari kennels. Perfect for a 25lb goldendoodle. Good for my maltipoo and good for my sheltie. I use it on my standard poodle and it's awesome.
The brushes are sturdy. It is sturdy, yet gentle for my puppy's gentle skin. The brush also has a good size and it will work now and when he grows into an adult.
Cons
It just seems to me that the points should be more blunted. There is no pin head or ball - each bristle has the same diameter over its entire length and is simply rounded at the end.

I have not lost any pins in the new brush but i have lost 10 pins with my first brush which is about 7 months old

Then i realized why it worksthe end of the metal bristles dont have the usual little knobs those little knobs are what gets caught in matted hair
