Pros
Within the fist couple of uses my students got to know what was expected and settled and quieted down quick. Lots of different ring tones is a bonus. Hopefully it lasts for a long time.
Cons
Water resistant is an overstatement. Defeats the purpose to the thing.

The reliability drops to less than 20% beyond 100ft. If the line of sight is obstructed, the bell dosnt work. The esthetics of the bell button is extremely out of place.
