Downloaded it from the link the seller left as well as trying with just the regular link from the website and kept getting an error right before it looked like it was going to finish after going through the setup process

Bought as a birthday present shipping amazon prime took three weeks so it actually arrived in time for christmas and not the birthday sometimes 2day shipping is a lie but thats another issue

Substantial quality initially however our model had a problem with the microphone cutting out if you bent it too close to your mouth

Microphone quality is a must in every headset i buy if it sounds statically or distant i dont buy it
