Pros
Sciatica seems to be improving quite a lot. This belt is so comtable and it relieved my pain. I am happy with the product, but more importantly, my back is happy too.

The support is in the right spot without suffocating me. The only downside is there is definitely an odor that is strong which i'm hoping will dissipate before too long.
The tightness provided by the belt helps with the soreness and is comfortable to wear for longer stretches. I like that i can make it tighter or looser when needed. It is a little wider than the serial, which prevents the muffin top spill over.
It adjusts nicely and stays as tight as i synch it. Easy to apply using the pictorial directions on the box.

The packaging is basic but you will keep the box which is the only thing that has the instructions on how to use it
Competitiveness
The elastic and velcro are strong wellmade product
Although elastic products cause me to get hives i place it over a tshirt resulting in no skin issues
