The lotion absorbs well which is great in certain techniques needing less glide. Absorbs well into the skin and great glide. Lasts longer than lotion, and isn't greasy feeling.

I use less because it spreads so well. Great glide goes a long way. A little goes so far, so you use less product. I love the ingredients.
