Pros

This powder mixes in small amounts easily and it's easy to store on board. No mess. No clumps. It mixes well, and i use it to cook with. I use pampered chef.

I'm honestly floored. Just like the real deal. Comes in a sturdy resealable package which i take along in our 5th wheel camper. It is a great product that i would proudly recommend to others.

Cons

When powder gets moisture it turns somewhat clumpy, more like granules. It dilutes into water but after the whole consistence is very thick, not light. Consistsistence is too rough. The milk clumps at the bottom of my tea mug.

I find that this seller has dramatically escalated the price of this milk.
