Ring is true to size and is snug. I would err on the side of buying a bigger size. I keep mine put over large items when not wearing to keep them stretched out.
Don't have to worry about damaging your ring finger by ripping it off. Skin is sore but that is to be expected with a rubber ring.

Great rings but be warned they tend to try out your skin a bit and they do stretch to a point permanently so i would recommend getting a size smaller and dealing with the discomfort as it will only last tell the ring stretches out but the colors dont fade a whole lot

I work for a tool store and constantly lift heavy boxes and wood pallets was my hands constantly and use various hand and power tools and my blue one has yet to even get a nic in it they are super durable
