The damask is pure 100% natural cotton both gorgeous in look and feel. Even the plush is a firm mattress. The iron clad strong handles, to the intricate braiding on the sides.

It feels different from any other mattress i've ever slept on. No more sleeping arms or aching hips. Still comfortable while laying on my back.

Cons

It's not plush, it's not soft. I am a side sleeper and it is not comfortable for side sleeping, only back sleeping. The mattress sags in the middle, and has no capacity to compensate for different weights in a bed.

It mitigates the problem a bit but doesn't solve it. Saatva denies that this is a problem. This is a very frequent issue if you search for it on 3rd party review sites.
