Pros

The one-step pulley system works very well but my issue was with the stays. It has great support and is very adjustable. Getting a smaller size is advantageous, as long as you can connect the velcro parts.

I wear mine when i am walking the dog or doing something that i know will aggravate my back, like preparing meals leaning over the countertop. My orthopedist approves of this. I am a preschool teacher and this brace made a huge difference!

Oh my golly, this brace is wonderful! I hope this brace lasts atleast a few years. Could not be happier with our purchase.

The mesh is breathable and its stiff and i absolutely love that because i'm a big gal, i have bulges and creases. Because the belt portion is a stiffer mesh it holds all that stuff in, instead of stretching around it and digging in. It is so wonderful... Read More

Cons

The front of the brace is wider, so you cannot even sit down. The mesh is much firmer, so not comfortable at all. The real problem is that it is non-returnable.

About a month after discharge from the hospital i followed up with the neurosurgeon i saw in the hospital

Easy to do activities with the brace on i guess the only drawback is the strings thats kind of awkward

In addition with the brace i was able to slowly start walking again eventually longer distances

We were surprised that we couldn’t find it anywhere except amazon and how much it cost
