Pros

It helps stabilize your back in the lumbosacral area. It really helps relieve the back pain when walking, bending and pretty much everything else.

It has great support and is very adjustable. The pulley tightening fit system works great. Has something good your clamping force, others are very soft and are not going to help you much.

The front of the brace is wider, so you cannot even sit down. The mesh is much firmer, so not comfortable at all. It is not returnable though and it is quite expensive.
