It's intense, but this helmet is a fave among skaters. My gf plays roller derby and s1 has been a well-trusted brand for safety. Skate ratz skate shop is awesome!

Foam inserts can be purchased after to adjust the fit of the helmet quality is very good and the price is just right

That is about the only complaint but they refunded my shipping so its okay

I ordered this in black but they were out so i replaced it with green l that was fine since either was fine

I didnt even notice my head hit and the only reminder was a scuff on the back of the helmet
