I did not mind waiting as shipping took about a month but upon arrival the box was open and the post office stated that the box was not taped or packaged properly for shipping and was not responsible for the damage or possible missing parts

I needed the kennel once it arrived and was unable to return but the seller was quick to respond and we are working on a solution
