Pros
Keeps your beverage hot for a long time. Works great in the office or field to take a thermos of hot water and make multiple cups of tea. Stays hot and make sure you push the mouth piece down right and it is leak proof. Use it every day.
Lid seems to be leakproof. Easy to clean with not too many nooks and crannies. Only drawback is the need for handwashing.
Bought the sloth design. I love swell products and this did not disappoint.
Cons
Do not be fooled by the misrepresentation of the product. In the product description it says dishwasher safe. The coating is damaged when first time without any collision.

The piece that keeps it from leaking covers the part you sip until you open it so you dont put your hand there

I probably wouldnt recommend this as the most versatile travel mug as the lid does not lock closed so unless you are able to hold the cup steady youll be dripping coffee tea etc

Only con have had it for 3 days careful hand washing but white coating coming off the handle
