Pros

The instructions are clear. I just add water and a little vinegar (rice wine vinegar) mix together and let it set a little bit until it thickens. Mixes easily & very smooth.

It is very hot, but unlike hot peppers, it dissipates very quickly. Best flavor, and really packs the heat. Authentic and spicy.

S & b oriental mustard is very good. Perfect for kung pao chicken and pork shu mai. Can't even get mustard this good in most chinese restaurants.
