Everyone occasionally can receive a broken defective or failed product

For some strange reason the manufacture of these included bonding a piece of thin nylon over the teeth part of the velcro

To all intensive purposes it appears to be permanent and appears to the eye that the teeth part of the velcro is missing and that the mask is defective

And worse there is absolutely nothing on the package or any instructions included within the package that inform the user to that this nylon is not permanent or its purpose or that it can removed without damaging the mask
