Bought these to support me on my journey from 5k to 10k. Have done a great job walking over 20 miles in the mournes with no ill effects. Would recommend as a recovery tool for those who are of a bigger frame.
when ordering, use the guide, don't go up or down a size. Package comes with a couple of customer service options if they are not correct. Very happy with my purchase.

Just for information i wore them down over my heel as they were long enough to come up to my calf and my pain was just above my ankle
