It is way to large, flops up and down on my heel, and is not fitted at all around the ankle. There wasn't enough ankle support and definitely not enough cushioning.

Based on other reviews i originally ordered the 10 but it was too long and far too widemy foot slid from side to side when i worked out even after tightening the laces as much as i could without cutting off my circulation
