Pros

The only issue i've ever had is that the dropper sometimes falls apart. This product was recommended to me by my naturopath. I was first given this while pregnant by a nutritionist. These were recommended by my health practioner.

Tastes just like olive oil with no after taste. This tastes like a clean oil, and i found myself somehow enjoying it. Not the greatest taste but not the worse.

Vitamin is d critical for good bone health along with magnesium and calcium. The stopper makes for easy use on a daily basis.

Easy to take and when its winter or cloudy, i know i'm still getting a good dose of vit d3. I’ve used this for about 15 years, it keeps my d levels up. Hard to find vit d at such a high dose.

Cons

This product was rancid. Olive oil is rancid, and therefore the droplets are not edible. Looks to me like price gouging during the crisis.

I use one dropper one draw comes about half way once a week vs daily drops and my doctor was impressed with the improvement in my levels

I have not been nearly as impacted by sad in the winter since taking this product

And the product lasts for months if you take it daily ish
