The inside is silk and has a bungee to tighten around their head, but doesn't need to be super tight to stay on. It is well made and very comfortable. Great value for money. Adjustable at top for good fit.
Purchased this for my dog for a halloween contest. Our dog looks like a lion now! Cute costume, our 2 year old loves it on our dog!

I bought this luxurious mane not realizing these are made for dogs with long slender necks labs etc and not for thicc frenchies like mine
