Pros

It’s very durable and is self leveling. I just hope it's durable, i can't comment on that yet. Definitely buy from this seller in future.

Two kits for 700 square feet. Covered just over 200 sq. Good looking and upgrade to house. Makes our garage look amazing.

The hardest part is the preparation. Don't fret over pot time. Just be prepared and don't stop until done.

Cons

Floor looks mottled and awful. Got a bad one ounce before at home depot, same problem. After 3 days curing time with room temperature of 70 degrees still has spots that will not cure.

Do not get the epoxy kit and then not finish it off with the clear coat
