Those folks did not degloss the previous finish or neglected to clean off all grease from the cabinets before they put on the new finish

First off anyone who gives this product a 1 or 2 or even 3 star review and complains about how terrible it is either a didnt follow the instructions exactly especially with required drying times b is just not good at diy projects or c had too high of expectations of this product and expected their painted cabinets to look like brandnew custommade professional cabinets

If you follow the instructions exactly and take your time and dont rush your cabinets will be transformed into something better than they were especially if you add hardware if you dont already have some but they will not look like brandnew custommade cabinets installed by professionals
