Great toaster. All the usual options for heat and defrosting etc. Only thing stopping a 5 is, we have to click the lever down more than once quite often, perhaps there’s a knack to it.

This is an excellent, well designed product.
Bought both kettle and toaster as a set and whilst they both feel very fragile i have no complaints about their performance.
Toaster itself seems good, takes a while but toasts well.
Packaging/appearance
Nice looking, took a little adjusting to find which setting suited me, but that's normal with a new toaster.

Larger pieces of bread will not fit in the slots however

Bread went in and came out with ease but i havent tried anything else yet such as crumpets or bagels but the slots appear to be wide enough so i dont predict a problem
