Pros
It’s easy to use with few quirky complications. This one seems a lot more robust and looks a little nicer too.
It toasts bread in very good time compared to our old swan toaster. Toasts evenly, and quickly. The bread browns evenly and somehow the toast is crispier. This replacement has much stroger features and a quicker toasting time.
Cons
Takes an age to toast bread and when it's finished toasting, the toast is so dry it's like a crouton. Holes too small for most bread giving you a 3/4 toasted piece of bread.
Gave up the ghost completely after a year of low usage. Very disappointed.
Nice looking toaster but fails in use. Don't waste your money better products out there. Steer clear and save your money.
The kettle is fine but the toaster is the worst i have ever bought. It’s not worth the time wasted or price.

The very tall slices of bread get the top missing but its fine for normal slices if you get what i mean

Bought to replace 10 year old rh that was still going strong unfortunately the last knob was knocked off making it too akward to adjust the toasting time
